Since your data is stored in your own iCloud account and on your local devices, you have full control. Deleting the app removes all local data. iCloud data can be managed through your Apple ID settings.
MacDock does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App requires an Apple ID, which is subject to Apple's own age requirements.
